I started in sales, which is probably the best thing that could have happened to my marketing career. Standing in front of customers taught me what actually matters: the product, the problem, and whether people buy. When I moved into digital marketing, I fell in love with the clarity of it: the fact that I could show exactly how invested money comes back in clicks, leads and revenue.
From there, I grew into roles where the full toolkit was available. I wrote radio spots, designed outdoor campaigns, built demand generation systems and ran integrated launches across channels. Every campaign had to prove its value in rooms full of engineers and sales directors.
That's what shaped me: a hands-on marketer who starts with the business, then comes the brief. Someone who appreciates a great product, gets excited about making it visible, and fights for marketing to be treated as a strategic partner, not a cost line. Whether managing marketing for a small business or leading a €1M budget team of marketeers, I build marketing systems that last. Repeat what works well, speak your customers' language, and maximise the value in your budget: good marketing isn't just campaigns that launch, it's the engine that keeps the business moving.

Low spontaneous brand awareness for a Japanese HVAC brand in the Hungarian consumer market — competing against Chinese competitors.
Built a local campaign framework and ran consistent content and campaigns over three years for maximum market impact.

A traditionally B2B brand opening the first B2C Flagship Store in Budapest. Lead a €100K launch campaign for the store — at the outbreak of COVID.
Pivoted strategy, adapted to restrictions, managed brick-and-mortar launch under unprecedented conditions.

All event ticket sales at HVG depended on marketing performance — no dedicated sales team, no outbound. Marketing was the revenue engine.
Built and ran the full demand generation machine: email marketing campaigns, content collaborations with the publishing house, and strategic brand partnerships to drive registrations.

Attracting C-level decision-makers to paid conferences and events in a crowded market where cold outreach wasn't enough.
Designed and launched a webinar series to establish Stamford Global as a thought leader, creating a content-driven inbound funnel that nurtured prospects from free webinars to paid event registrations.

Daikin Hungary had no local CX infrastructure for its growing B2C business. The gap between what the brand promised and how customers experienced it needed to close.
Built the CX function locally: trained a dedicated colleague, signed a call centre partner, and set up a first-tier support line for B2C customers.
